Terms of sale:

• Reservations: Reservations must be confirmed in writing (mail, fax, e-mail) and must be accompanied by a deposit (either your credit card number or a check payable to the hotel). Deposits are the equivalent of one night or 30% of your stay at the hotel L’océan.

• Cancellation: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (mail, fax, e-mail). The amount paid as a deposit is refundable only if cancellation occurs 10 days before date of arrival. If you cancel after this time, or non-arrival, your deposit will be classed as non-refundable.

• Early departure: In the event of an early departure creating an interruption of your stay, the amount of one night will be charged as compensation.

• Room Availability: On your arrival day, your rooms are available from 2 pm (14.00hr). On the day of your departure, your room must be vacated by 11.00hr.
